What other uses do you know of for film other than screening film shows. I know a guy who projects film behind live bands. He looks for the weird and unusual educational films and documentaries. Once I had a film buyer in San Francisco who sought out educational films that were red. she would turn down the sound and project them on a large screen behind party goers. Remember the article in Small Format 8/16 Magazine about the guy in Canada who walked around with a projector on his chest and a screen attached to him that was out rigged on a pole?

While doing some patent searching a while back I saw some patents where someone was making lampshades out of celluloid along with a few other items.

I personally have turned some into Landfill for various reasons.

I think his name is Porter...? (the guy from Canada)

He has made a ton of films and he takes them where ever he goes!

Very talented fellow.
