Thanks guys! I have quite a few old TV shows on 16mm. Every time I screen one I try to take some screenshots. I'll try to post some more soon.

Absolutely amazing screenshots there Bill; look forward to seeing some more. We used to watch Dragnet every week.

I wasn't alive when the original show was on, that is cool that you grew up on them. I was born in 1968 when the color show was on...I just love Dragnet! Another really good TV show on 16mm....The Donna Reed Show. This is the only episode I have on 16mm but it is near perfect and complete. Good episode too.

Brilliant; how do you get such amazing screenshots; do you use camera or video. I have tried both, video seems best as a lot of stills are wasted due to blur. I remembered one episode of Dragnet from when I was 5 years old, then a few years ago I downloaded some episodes online, and one was that very episode. It was about a sweet looking old lady who was passing forged cheques.

I use my work cell phone and just take stills, no flash and then crop them. I try to snap pics when things are not moving on screen otherwise the pics do get blurred.

Here's an eBay win I received in the mail today. Too too HOT here to work outside after my job (heat index 106) so I went to the dehumidified cool archive and screened this amazing print...very pleased.
