Anyone know if Carnival of Souls was released on 8mm or Super 8?

it would be nice if it is on S8mm...it is super tough to find prints in 16...

I just watched that yesterday on IFC (I think it was that network)

I watched the same screening, Wayne, but didn't hang around for the next feature "Corridors of Blood". I do believe this is the first time I watched Carnival of Souls--how I missed it, having grown up on Famous Monsters of Filmland from Issue 7, I don't know. I read some of the reviews at IMDB and a few people compared it to The Twilight Zone episode of the hitchhiker. I think, as well, "Night of the Living Dead" and "The Sixth Sense" owe something to this gem. I like to track down movie locations when travel. My daughter lives in Overland Park, Kansas, and since I'll be visiting in late June, I think I'll swing over to Lawrence, Kansas (many scenes) and do some exploring. I would love to get a copy of this on either super8 or 16mm. I swear I remember this film listed in a catalog/list from some company years ago.
