I needed to replace a 12volt 100watt lamp, so I pull out a spare. After installing it I find it doesn't work, so I try a second spare. No luck! Then, a third and a fourth. No luck, no luck!! I ended up going through 9 spare lamps and none of them worked. At this point I test the socket on the projector with my meter. The socket works! I test the lamps with my meter. No reading. I test other lamps of different voltages and watts and they test good. I try the bad 9 lamps in another projector and they still don't work. I tried sanding the prongs on the bad lamps and they still don't work. Has this ever happened to you? [set5_b/set5_b/nopity.gif]

geewiz Dan that is some bad luck! What did you do, break a mirror while walking under a ladder in order to cross paths with a black cat?

If that's the case Dan, WHY do you think it's strange?
