Sorry, I wouldn't have anything that would work on that one. I have had 2 Standard, 3 Super and 1 duel 8 Bell-Howell machine and have never come across that problem. I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Someone else on the forum may have the answer so keep trying. Sorry that I could be of no help, good luck and keep us updated on you progress

I just may try to sell it, as is. what is a fair market value for that machine as is? There is no other issue with it beside the wobbly spindle..

I'm not too sure since I haven't purchased a B&H in some time. I would suggest that you look on Ebay and get an idea what they are selling for. Adjust your price, explain the problem and list as a fixer-upper. Someone might need it for parts or know how to repair it. Since you only have $1 invested in it anything above shipping + $1 = Profit.

$25.00 should get some attention. After all everything is working properly, other than the one spindle. Go for it.

Roger, this projector is not cost effective to operate at $25 a lamp. That like buying a printer and have to pay $40 for cartridges. Sell it! Try to find a Eumig or Elmo. The bulbs are far less to pay if you look on Ebay or Amazon. I pay about $5 to $9.00 for lamps for my Elmos and Eumig and evern my 16mm B&Hs.

For around $100 to $150 you can find an Elmo or Eumig.

Hi,Dan

This one is not for me. I have a Eumig but Ben was thinking of selling his B&H and was wondering what to ask for it.

Oooops! Sorry about that. I must have had a senior moment. [set5_b/set5_b/gnorsi.gif] Yes, Ben must find another projector. If his B&H looks good, then start the auction at $29.99 and disclose the wobble wheel problem.
