i have been educating myself on movie film, reason i am experiencing a film that continueusly blurs in an out is because the film is in an early stage of decay, what happens when film is in the stage of decay, means its causes are inherent in the chemical nature of the plastic and its progress very much depends on storage conditions. in short as acetate film decays it shrinks, loses flexibility, curls, an wraps. all my other films are in very good shape. no great lose on this one film. nothing lasts forever. if i want to preserve the remaining films i have , will have to consider a cold vault storage. thats it for now.
