I have a problem with my Kodascope projector. It works well initially, but after about 5-10 minutes of operation the motor suddenly decreases speed and some smoke is visible. This problem occurs regardless of whether the lamp is on or off. It seems as if the motor is overheating. There is a worn drive belt, but it does not operate the fan.
Any advice would be appreciated,
