I need to change the drive belt of my Bell & Howell 1733 projector (Super 8 with sound). I am stuck as I am unable to remove the old belt. All the 78XX series (i.e. 1731 1733 1734 1742 1744 1745 with or without suffix letters) have the same drive mechanism.

Please Note: I am able to easily remove and replace the drive belt of Bell & Howell 4XX series (i.e. 456 456A 457 458 461 462 466 468 482) Projector but find it difficult to remove the belt from 17XX series although the drive mechanism looks almost similar to the 4XX series.

Any help would be much appreciated.
