Over on one of the other forums (fora?) there's been some too and fro about another Derann Star Wars for sale - again no screen shots.

It's got three hours to go and is weighing in at over 900 euro at the moment - could go to 1500 I reckon - let's see. If it did that is just over $2000 Aus dollars (yikes!)

To beat the previous sales record discussed elsewhere it would have to fetch about 1800 Euro though...

I always thought that one of these days I would try and track down some Derann's like The Reptile, The Mummy's Shroud and even Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines - guess it'll never happen as even if I found a seller they would likely want ludicrous prices.

Over to Blu Ray then ....

When I was offered brand new prints in the larger gauge (16mm) for $1200 I declined. Some things IMHO are just overpriced, Star Wars, no matter how much I like it, is one of them.
