I'm told this was released as a feature on Super 8. Does anyone know who released it?
Does anyone have a print?

It was a German release, made available through Classic Home Cinema.

Does anyone actually have a print? I'm interested in what the quality is like.

There is a print for sale right now on the 'other' 8mm forum. It is on polyester stock and unstriped, so only of interest for those GS1200 owners who can do dual band projections.

If it's unstriped, then it will have to be striped before a soundtrack can be laid. There are two places in Germany that can strip them and Lance Alspaugh in L.A. can record a soundtrack.
