We did it again. [set5_b/set5_b/grouphug.gif] We showed A Hard Day's Night on Christmas Eve and then I showed Hold That Blonde with Eddy Bracken and Veronica Lake tonight. Both on 16mm. [set5_b/set5_b/party.gif] [set5_b/set5_b/lurk5.gif] [set5_b/set5_b/grouphug.gif] Both impromptu screenings were by request from the family.

I watched the beautiful, FLAWLESS original print of "Miracle on 34th Street" (16mm) that I bought from Dino Everitte this year--certainly one of the best prints in my collection. On Monday night, after church, I managed to screen three great tv episodes: "Christmas at the Clampetts" (Beverly Hillbillies)..."Night of the Meek" (Art Carney in the classic Twilight Zone episode) and "The Night Before Christmas" (my all-time FAVORITE Christmas show of the Honeymooners.)

Any of you ever heard of the NEW "Miracle on 34th St" being on 16mm? Perhaps it's too new for that, being early 90s?

Bill, The 1994 version of Miracle on 34th Street is definitely out on 16mm. A print recently sold on another forum for $200.

Chris, that's great to know. I guess I'll have to start saving up!
