This reminds me of when I first saw 'Intolerance' in a little theater in Louisville KY. Was a long drive for my friends and I but saw an incredible original 35mm silent production with, and I forgive, recorded soundtrack of music but the film still had such an impact. Unfortunatly that theater is now closed but was the one I also saw Rocky Horror in countless times.
There is nothing like seeing a silent with accompyment in any form. I'd pay out the wazoo to see one with a live orchestra.

Chris, this is all years ago when I had immediate family out there, most recently Coatesville, and also I lived in Philly or northeast of it, but not there. However, that theater is known to me because of a relative and (of course) "The Blob."
