I've just had some new stock Super 8 projectors come in, and I thought I'd give Forum members a chance before I put them them on my next lists, sorry but the projectors are for the U.K. only. Dan, Firstly the projectors are set at 230v and 50 Hertz, so will only work in and around the U.K., and secondly the shipping costs and insurance needed to guarantee delivery is tremendous, and my experiences on the whole with sending out of the U.K. have not been the best. I once sent a Heurtier projector from the U.K. to France, which you would have thought would be O.K. as it's only a few hundred miles. I packed it myself, really sturdy, it had it's own box and everything, it was returned to me in a large plastic bag in pieces, it looked as if someone had been playing Basketball with it, it was fully insured, but took over a year to get compensation as Royal Mail and France Post argued over who's fault it was. So I now only sell to the U.K. as the costs of changing voltages and the Hertz is just not worth it in the end.
