I've had many collectors contacting me as to when my new lists will be out, well at the moment I'm in the middle of a big stock take, and I'm amazed how many films I'm finding that are not currently on my lists. This mostly happens when collectors phone up to reserve films and then for one reason or another don't go ahead with the purchase, whereas I've already taken the films off my list, still it's a few extra films (I don't really need them, as I've boxes full of films to be looked at).

Anyway I'm hoping to get another new list out by the end of the month, but as January is the first month after the exspenses of Christmas, it's no good rushing out new lists as there is just not that much money about.

The January/Ferbruary lists will once again have a big sale on OLD STOCK 8mm FILMS so watch out for that.

Oh and don't forget about the new "Film Collecting" magazine that's just about to be released via Phil Sheard's Classic Home Cinema. I've got an advert and I've done an article like I used to do in Film For The Collector, but if you want more details of how to subscribe or buy the first issue then contact Phil direct.

Now it's back to that stock take.

All the best,

Barry,
Independent 8.
