The answer is yes, they did. I'm not even sure if Eumig is in business still but they made super 8 and regular 8 sprocket wheels for the 807 models. What you showed in the pic is only the sprocket teeth. This was part of a slightly bigger assembly the sprocket wheel. It would help if you referred to a projector this part came from but if you are looking for replacement sprocket assemblys you can probably get them from a very few online sellers. Otherwise you will want an 807 parts unit since they include (If complete) both super and regular 8 sprocket wheels.

Thanks Eric,

I only own one projector and it is the Eumig S912 super 8mm. If I had the tooth plate of an 8mm I'm thinking that there might be a chance that I would be able to run Standard 8 also in my machine. 8mm film is easily feed through until it reaches the rear sprocket (this unit only has one). As you probably know these sprocket plates are fairly simple to remove. Just a thought.

I don't know if standard 8mm will run successfully just by changing the sprocket plate on the S912 but sound film definitely wont work. The stripe will be on the wrong side and the picture/sound separation for standard 8 is 56 frames compared to 18 for super 8mm.

Thanks Mal,

Never took that into consideration. Toss that idea out the window.

One thing you ddin't think of is that not only do you have to replace the sprocket wheels but you have to replace also the gate that the film is run through. Remember, regular 8 is a smaller image. Again, I'm a fan of the dual 8 Eumigs but you really can't adapt a super 8 for regular 8 unless it was built for it. Other than claw pull they aren't that similar.
