Post subject:  What heat resistant material can I use?

Can anyone tell me of a material that would look nice and could be used on these connectors that would withstand high heat?

Are you just looking for insulation shielding to put over the lamp connectors?

Looking nice tosses out using hi-temp silicone from the auto-parts store.

Thought about using high heat black spray that is used on auto exaust on the connectors.
