The Group 4 x 1600' Sidney Lumet 30's era soap opera with strong performances, composite print has SP and Eastman with some color remaining. $50

ABC's of Handtools 2 x 800' Disney produced educational has fair to good color, moderate wear. $22

Peege (1973) - Award winning documentary has pink to fair color, sprocket repair and some splices, It still runs okay on a 1200' reel. $5

The Last Resort 1979 TV show from Gary David Goldberg, creator of Family Ties (etc.) This episode is titled "Whodunit?". The print is in excellent shape with no splices. It has fair color, good sound, and minimal wear, like new condition. Only 15 episodes were made. Low imdb rating but, I must admit -- it made me laugh. $10

1600' Rel with 4 Educationals Good condition films with warm color, fair but in some still strong, minor to moderate wear, few splices. Films are: The World is a Bank (BFA,), Subtracting (BFA, CBS is animated), Squirrels are Up, Squirrels are Down: Adverbials of Place (BFA, Cute), Measurement (Coronet, campy fun) $5

A Fable (1972) - Xerox Films
Marcel Marceau pantomimes a fable which is intended to promote international cooperation, goodwill, and understanding. Filmed in Formello, Italy. Originally released by Columbia Pictures Corp., 1968. 800’ Good color Eastman 58 color has Columbia logo, opening title has some splices, film is curled but runs okay. Minor surface wear, sound is mostly music, a good condition print. $5

The Orange Grower (1967) - Encyclopedia Britannica
The early history of orange production is given, and current growing and marketing procedures--more and better fruit because of new grafting techniques, care of trees, climate and insect control, and the importance of automation. 800’ Fair Eastman color with some sprocket damage repair up front that needs work, starts up smoothly after loop reset, Good sound, few splices, good condition. $5

Cloth: Fiber to Fabric (1968) - Encyclopedia Britannica
Describes the processes in the manufacture of synthetic fiber and shows some of the many uses for it. 800’ Good to fair Eastman color, minor surface wear, few splices and good sound. Directed by Isidore Mankofsky. $5

Bleeding: What to Do? (1973) - Pyramid Films
Uses animation, live reenactments, and models in order to illustrate the main pressure points and techniques employed in treating severe bleeding in the first moments following an accident. 800’ Eastman 33 Good to fair color with minor to moderate wear, some splices and sprocket repair run smoothly. Good sound and good condition. This print does not have a study guide. $5

Pssst! Hammerman's After You! (1974) - ABC
Sixth-grader insults the school bully who wants to meet with him after school.

Stars: Christian Juttner, Lance Kerwin and Titos Vandis
1200’ (runs about 900’) Good to fair Eastman color, with some splices, minor to moderate wear. Has thin lines and a green scratch up front that clears up. A campy after school special with a young Willie Aames! This ABC special does not have a study guide. $5

The Interlopers (1979) - Barr Films
A landowner and his neighbor go hunting on the land that has made them longtime enemies, each intending to murder the other. They are forced into an unexpected truce when the winter wind knocks over a tree and both men are pinned underneath it.
1200’ Good to AG2 color with no main title, few splices, and minor surface wear. The film has end credits, it is a good drama with good direction and music. $5

Justice Under the Law: Gideon Case - Very heartfelt documentary about an ex-convict that helps change national laws. Pink/fair color with moderate wear up front improves to minor wear, looks good with a cyan filter. Splices run smoothly with good sound. The print is in good condition. $5

Seed Germination - Begins as; "Unit 2 Plant Life" This film is complete in it's own way, showing incredible time-lapse photography on germinating seeds of all kinds. Pink in color with some color remaining, a splicey opening runs smoothly. The print in good condition, with minor wear. $5

Dinosaurs: The Age of the Reptiles - 800' Has good color, with a splicey opening but, smooth running. There is minor to moderate wear on the print, overall its in good condition. Good music and direction, a very interesting glimpse at paleontology and the makers of Dinosaur models as well. $5

Newton: The Mind That Found the Future - 800' A fair color print that has a splicey opening and no main title. It runs smooth otherwise, has moderate wear with good use of alchemical pictures and details on Newton's life and work. $5

What Makes Clouds? (1965)
Uses experiments and the observation of natural phenomena to provide data for an investigation of conditions which cause the formation of clouds. Explains that evaporation and transpiration are found to be the source of invisible water vapor which condenses on tiny particles in the air to form trillions of water droplets in a cloud. Time-lapse photography shows visual evidence for condensation by revealing how clouds appear to materialize in a clear sky.

19 min. print with excellent color, minor wear, very few splices, very good to excellent condition.

What Makes the Wind Blow (1965) Revised Edition
Searches for the cause of a typical onshore sea breeze at the beach by observing conditions related to the breeze, proposing possible explanations, making experiments in laboratory models, and checking the results in nature. Points out that pressure differences are found to be associated with the normal daytime air movement, but that these discoveries are shaken by the reversal of the wind direction during a wild storm that blows offshore; discusses the cause for the storm; and shows that the local beach conditions have been overwhelmed by larger and stronger air movements.

S.O.S. Iceberg (1933)
Amazing adventure film made in Greenland as a co-production of the USA and Germany. The film has a documentary feel to it and although filmed in both English and German versions, much of the film is silent.

Rod La Rocque stars as an explorer who gathers an expedition team to find the files and whereabouts of an explorer who died in the Arctic. Once there, they realize they are too late because the ice is melting and the explorer is likely on the other side on a vast fjord. So La Rocque sets out by himself and becomes lost as well.

Bang the Drum Slowly (1973) Condensed feature with an early performance by Robert Deniro. Pink to fair color, minor wear, no main title, it begins on credits. 1600' print on a core come in original can. $5

Daughter Rite (1980) Michelle Citron amazing and hypnotic documentary with great color, very few splices, minor wear on a 2000' reel. $40

Muddled in Mud a.k.a. A Muddy Romance (1913) Mack Sennett short with Ford Sterling and Mabel Normand is missing first title card and a few frames here and there but, it runs very smoothly with a great sound score on. Excellent Contrast with minor to moderate wear has a replaced "The End" on a 400' reel. $40

The Circus Comes to Clown (1947) Izzy Sparber animated short is black and white of color cartoon, has very good contrast, a few missing frames with splices that run very smoothly. Minor wear, in good condition and uncensored and hard to find. $40

A Dancer's World (TV 1957) Dancer, Choreographer, and Teacher Martha Graham offers insight into her theories about dance while the members of her world famous troupe display a number of their dance techniques in performance. No main title begins with Martha in her dressing room. 1200' reel with moderate wear, still very watchable and beautiful in it' own way. $25

If You Love This Planet (1982) Oscar winning documentary from Terre Nash on the consequences of atomic warfare. Stunning pictures and archival footage with some missing frames but smooth running with minor to minimal wear. Viewer discretion is advised. $50

Whispering Whiskers (1926) Castle films released does not have a main title but begins on title card. Very good contrast, some splices, good condition print with amazing music, stunts and gags. A crowd pleaser. $40

Oysters and Muscles (1948) Edited from Here Come the Co-eds (1945)
Hilarious Abbott and Costello sound short from Castle Films. Excellent contrast and condition. $25

Oh, My Aching Tooth a.k.a The Noose Hangs High (1948)
Another Abbott an Costello sound short from Official films has very good contrast, few splices run smoothly with minor wear. $25

Discusses the importance of rice in the life and culture of the people of Asia, pointing out that primitive methods cannot produce enough food for Asia's rapidly increasing population. Describes the work of two American foundations which have established a research and training center to help Asian farmers grow more rice. 1200’ Fair Eastman color with moderate wear, some green lines, a good soundtrack and very interesting documentary footage across Asia showcasing rice farmers and harvesters. $5 SOLD

The Illustrated Man - 3 x 1600' Ray Bradbury science fiction is pink color, looks okay with a cyan filter, moderate wear, plays okay. $18 SOLD

Joanne (1968) 3 x 1600' Donald Sutherland costars, this television print has fair to pink color, minor wear and good music. $18 SOLD

Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Perfect Crime 1200' with Vincent Price, Excellent contrast, few splices, minor wear, very good condition. $130 SOLD

Overture to William Tell (1947) Walter Lantz, B/W of Color, Sound, Minor Wear, few splices. $28 SOLD

Oriental Brushwork - 800' Eliot O'Hara narrates this program with pink color -- some color still remains. Splices run smooth with minor wear. Features Tyrus Wong and others illustrating techniques. A very good film for those inspired by the techniques and brush strokes of Japanese and Chinese printing. $5 SOLD

Bell Telephone Company Public Service Announcement with pink to fair color and some splices. $5 SOLD

Painting Trees with Eliot O'Hara - 800' Eliot O'Hara produced and narrates this film on simple brush techniques for painting various trees found throughout the U.S.. Pink color with some color still remaining and minor to moderate wear up front, splices pass smoothly. This is a good film for any artist or enthusiast of a masters technique rendering watercolor. $5 SOLD

Tut: The Boy King (1978) 2 x 1200' print has pink color with some color still remaining, especially on reel two. The print has some splices that run smoothly, has minor wear and is in good condition, slightly clipped at beginning of R1. Orson Welles narrates with highlights of the treasure trove and anecdotal stories about the Boy King's life and death. 2 x 1200' so $10 SOLD

The Alphabet Conspiracy (1959)CBS Part. 2 of 2
A little girl, frustrated by her inability to deal with her English homework, dreams that the Mad Hatter and the Jabberwock, both characters from "Alice in Wonderland", have hatched a conspiracy to abolish the alphabet.

Circles and Points (1967) - BFA
Uses animation to define a circle and describe its properties. 800’ Good Eastman color without a main title. Narrated with some live action, it’s mostly diagrams of circles and circles within circles. Could be used for film loops or for instruction. Minor surface wear, some splices, but smooth running. $5 SOLD

Portrait of A Wheat Farmer (1980) - National Geographic
Examines contemporary life by offering a portrait of a family living on a farm in the Midwestern United States. 800’ Good Eastman color, moderate wear, light green lines, no to very few splices. Good sound, this print does not have a study guide. $5 SOLD

Ms. Peabody’s Beach (1972) - Walt Disney Studios
The film is about an enterprising senior citizen who agrees to let teen surfers use her beach in exchange for their labor to clear a road to the beach, and share in the expected profits from customers who will pay for the privilege of surfing at a clean, attractive beach.
1200’ Fair Eastman color has clipped, splicey heads through main title. There is some sprocket repair and splices that run smoothly, clipped end has some end credits. Good sound, and minor surface wear, the print is in good condition without a study guide. $5 SOLD

Seasons of the Year - Coronet Instructional Films.
Describes how the four seasons affect changes in the weather, in human activities, and in plant and animal life. 400’ Good color SP on first 25’, Excellent Eastman on the rest of the film with a slight focus adjustment need between stocks. Has clipped opening, end and some missing frames between film stocks otherwise, splices run smoothly. Minor surface wear, light lines, a good condition print. Hard to find with color! $9 SOLD

No Maps on My Taps - One 1200' reel is just the first part of this amazing tap dancing documentary plays has titles and works well on it's own. Fair to good color, good sound, amazing music. $10 SOLD

Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore 2 x 2000' reels has slight edits for television, it runs smoothly has faded color. $35 SOLD
