Where can I find an authoritative guide to barrel sizes and interchangeability for 16mm projector lenses? (I mean directly, not with adapters, etc.)

I know some of the "small barrel" lenses will fit other machines; Kalart Victor, RCA, older Graflex, Ampro, etc. are pretty much interchangeable, though I'm not sure about B & H.

Likewise, "large barrel" B & H lenses will fit later (Singer) Graflex, Telex, JAN's, and the (lousy!) Kalart Victor 90 series.

Kodak, Elmo, and Eiki lenses generally fit only their own machines. But what about some of the less common import makes like Hokushin (aka Apollo) or Bauer? (I'm fairly sure Bolex wouldn't allow their projectors to accept anyone else's lenses, "not our kind, dahhh-ling..." :P )

I don't know if such a document exists. If I did, I'd like to see it also.
